I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Psychology, and a master's in Professional Counseling from Carlow University. I specialize in trauma therapy and work with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy. My approach to therapy is person-centered and I value being able to provide a space that is safe and free of judgment. ​

Self Pay/ Out of Network Rates:

Initial Intake Session - $175

Individual Therapy Session - $150 ( 53+ Min Session)

*Self-Pay Clients will be provided with a "Good Faith Estimate" estimating the costs of services for a 12 month period according to the "No Surprises Act" which is a federal law effective January 1,2022. This estimate will be provided prior to the start of services and upon request. This estimate is not a contract and the frequency of treatment will be assessed on a individual base throughout the course of treatment and will consider several unpredictable factors.
